Clara Musica is devoted to the management and promotion of instrumental and vocal ensembles, chamber orchestras and soloists. Clara Musica also provides the management of tours in Belgium or abroad. It is more particularly specialized in vocal music.
Besides artists used to the most prestigious world stages, Clara Musica also invests in the promotion of young ensembles and soloists. Through an attentive, demanding and kindly support, CM wants to help them reach the highest artistic level and develop a positive and harmonious professional and personal life.
As professional artist manager, Clara Musica is intended to be a privileged place where expectations of artists and concerts organizers meet.
Jean-Marc Poncelet
Combining an experience in musical and service sector, JMP sets up Clara Musica. JMP has a degree in international relations with a specialization in marketing-management. He occupied training functions in various service companies before practising as company consultant.
His passion for vocal music led him to become manager of the ‘Choeur de Chambre de Namur’ and the baroque orchestra ‘Les Agrmens’ before running the International Center for Choral Music in Namur. He supervised various projects of the World Youth Choir, the World Chamber Choir and the Songbridge.
He organized the festivals of Europa Cantat Junior III and ‘Namur en choeurs’ in Belgium.
Besides his management activities, JMP has a continuous and regular practice of music with the chamber choir Ishango that he founded.
